Our expert instructors specialize in guiding individuals who are new to swimming or have anxieties about deep water. With patient guidance and tailored techniques, you can build confidence and learn to enjoy the water in a safe and comfortable setting.

For Average Swimmers Looking for Varied Workouts and Technique Enhancement: Our swimming lessons offer more than just traditional instruction. We cater to individuals who already possess swim certifications and are seeking dynamic workouts. Our sessions incorporate a variety of exercises that not only improve your strokes but also focus on posture corrections, core strengthening, and stability training. Ideal for those with sedentary professions, these sessions help you stay fit while honing your swim techniques.

For Those Wanting to Master the Frontcrawl Stroke and Enhance Efficiency: If you’re aiming to learn or refine the frontcrawl (freestyle) stroke, particularly for longer distances or triathlon preparation, our specialized classes are designed for you. Our experienced coaches break down the mechanics of the frontcrawl stroke, focusing on efficiency and endurance. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced swimmer, our lessons help you glide through the water with greater ease and effectiveness.

Breaststroke Course A

Building Water Confidence: In our specially crafted Breaststroke Course A, our focus is on building water confidence from a place of understanding. We delve into the fundamental principles of water mechanics, providing you with insights that help you gradually overcome any water-related apprehensions. With a deep understanding of the universal principles at play, you’ll learn to let go of fear and embrace the joy of being in the water.

Breaststroke Course B

Progressing from Course A, our Breaststroke Course B is dedicated to refining your technique and introducing mastery over backstroke. Backstroke swimming aids in improving your breathing technique, helping you apply visual information more effectively. As a result, you’ll find it easier to tackle the intricate leg movement of the breaststroke. Moreover, backstroke will become your safety stroke, providing you with a streamlined and efficient way to cover greater distances. By mastering backstroke, you’ll achieve a well-rounded skill set that translates into smoother breaststroke execution and greater comfort in the water.

Breaststroke Course C

Building upon the foundation laid in Course B, Breaststroke Course C is a natural continuation. With the leg movement mastered and backstroke swimming comfortably established, you’ll transition from back to front, shifting from a supine to a prone position. This transition is complemented by the application of the same leg movement, synchronized with the arm strokes learned in Course A. As you progress, rhythmic breathing techniques are introduced, gradually increasing the distance you cover.

The gradual approach involves step-by-step expansion of the swim distance. Beginning with the successful completion of a full lap, your goal will be to achieve the remarkable milestone of swimming four consecutive laps (equivalent to 100 meters) without interruption. This step-by-step process ensures that you build the necessary stamina, skill, and confidence to execute breaststroke proficiently over longer distances.
